By accessing or using GenerateSongs.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
To use the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packs and are non-transferable. Each song generation consumes one credit. Credits are consumed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis — the oldest credits are used first. All credits expire 6 months after the date of purchase. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Partially used credit packs are not eligible for refund. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Songs generated through the Service are created using AI technology. You retain usage rights to songs generated with your credits for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws. We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free from similarity to existing works. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance.
API access is available to all users with valid API keys. API usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties. API keys can be revoked at any time by you or by us if we detect misuse. Programmatic access is subject to the same credit consumption and usage rules as the web interface.
You may not use the Service to: generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others; create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models; circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or other technical restrictions; use automated systems to abuse the Service beyond normal API usage; resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.
The Service, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is the property of GenerateSongs.ai and is protected by intellectual property laws. The AI models and generation technology used by the Service are proprietary to their respective owners. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service or its underlying technology.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless termination is initiated by us without cause, in which case a pro-rata refund may be issued.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.
